Well known Reunion, the Raid'av or adventure raid took place, this time, on Île Sainte Marie, the 20 the 23 mars 2018.
The Raid'av is a sporting experience that aims to immerse the young participants in the natural and historic treasures of the region. Along the route, for spice, the organizers invite athletes to decipher several clues that will be used to find the solution of a final puzzle.

For this year, the Raid'av was organized in Madagascar, more precisely on the island of Sainte Marie. 54 young people participated including 44 and Malagasy 12 Reunion, through collaboration between the Regional Tourist Office of Sainte-Marie, the French Alliance and the Raid'av 974 Of the reunion.

Sainte-Marie is known for being a landmark pirates, the theme of the adventure was logically piracy and search of treasure. divided into 14 groups 4 people, young people have completed the course over two days. The first day consisted of a 16km trail, with the canoe crossing up to the island in the 11th kilometer Mats. The second day was under the sign of the reflection and the riddle which, finally, Young had to go, zipline, Island to Forbans, to find the famous treasure. The race was won by a team of Reunion and 3 Malagasy.

Par ailleurs, first aid training was also organized, as part of the event, with the help of a doctor and a few monitors of the White Cross, all from Reunion.
It was a beautiful cultural exchange coupled with a unique sporting and human adventure of its kind.
