It is a natural phenomenon in the marine waters of Madagascar. In the middle of the year, whales arrive in groups. The females come to put down, and the males follow to seduce, but cetaceans does not only impress them. They also manage to charm a whole beautiful world, both locals and foreigners. This is what is causing the Whale Festival is the new version, in 2018, in its fourth edition. The event takes place every year Sainte Marie.
The official presentation of the Whale Festival
We are in June 2018, and the expected date for the event is the 12 the 15 July, that is to say in a few weeks. Preparations are well underway. The island where the festival is held, Nosy Boraha, is mounted to the plate. This happened on the sidelines of the International Tourism Fair Madagascar, at the Carlton Hotel Antananarivo.
